Landscapes

We live on a beautiful planet! Here you'll find photographs of some of my favorite places. One is Watkins Glenn State park - a gorge in the Finger Lakes in Upstate New York. Some others were taken in other areas of the Finger Lakes, or in Gettysburg National Park.
I had this made into a framed print hung in my livingroom. I found this spot when driving back to Maryland from a bike ride around Seneca Lake The sky was finally showing a bit of blue after a rather dreary, gray bike ride I like the colors in these pictures - green, yellow, red, white, blue...

I suppose some people live in that farm. I envy them living in such a beautiful area! I must have taken about 20 pictures here. I think autumn is my favorite time of year. This spot had everything, interesting sky, pretty fauna, and even a pond!

Waterfall not far from Watkins Glenn, in New York Looking into the Gorge. Watkins Glenn was a top tourist attraction in the late 19th Century Girlfriend Susan adding to the beauty of this, one of my favorite places One can feel time here, and see how this little stream has carved rock through the ages

I feel guilty about this shot. Saw another photographer take a picture here, and then took the exact same shot! This is one of the 19 waterfalls in Watkins Glenn State Park I never tire of this place On to Gettysburg... This is near Devil's Den
